BYMLU006 Height-Adjustable Intraoral Scanner Cart
The Bayint BYMLU006 is a height-adjustable dental cart for intraoral scanner workstations and mobile clinical equipment. A compact white platform keeps the working surface and selected accessories together, with lifting and power options specified for your equipment.
The guide below uses digitally edited configuration and workflow illustrations. Supplied equipment and accessories are confirmed in your quotation.

A modular medical cart, configured for your clinical workflow
Build your BYMLU006 workstation around the equipment and supplies your team uses every day. Choose from optional monitor mounts, drawers, power modules, IV poles, storage baskets and shelves to create a practical layout for your hospital, dental clinic or aesthetic medical facility. Combine compatible accessories to position displays, organise supplies and keep essential items within reach.
Tell us your device model, equipment weight and preferred accessories. We will review mounting compatibility, power requirements and the layout with you, then provide an itemised quotation showing exactly what is included.

Choose a working height that suits the operator
An adjustable dental cart should support both equipment positioning and everyday access. Choose the lifting mechanism around the actual load and the height needed for seated or standing work. Keep the scanner cable clear of the moving column and check access to the adjustment controls with the equipment installed.
Electric and pneumatic options have different lifting ratings. The specification table separates them; the complete cart load limit must also be confirmed.

A piano pearlescent finish made for everyday clinical care
Piano lacquer is combined with a mica pearlescent layer for a subtle, light-reflecting finish. The dense, smooth coating makes the surface easier to wipe down, while a hard, scratch-resistant outer layer helps protect its appearance during routine handling. Moisture and mildew resistance suit busy dental, clinical and aesthetic workspaces.
The specified coating is resistant to alcohol, iodophor and chlorine-based disinfectants. Follow the approved cleaning instructions for concentration, contact time and rinsing; do not assume compatibility with every formulation. The finish supports cleaning, but does not replace your disinfection procedure.

Match optional UPS power to your scanner and computer
A power option should be selected from the electrical requirements of every connected device. The supplied DC option specifies 12 V at 8 A plus 24 V at 8 A, giving 288 W combined. An alternative AC configuration is rated up to 1000 W. These are output ratings, not battery runtime.
Provide operating voltage, typical and peak power, plug requirements and desired runtime. Confirm connectors, battery capacity and the included power system in the quotation.

Choose the workstation layout before adding accessories
A dental scanner cart, medical laptop cart and monitor workstation can require different interfaces even when they share a modular platform. Compare where the screen, input devices and scanner holders sit before selecting storage. A portable ultrasound setup needs a separate review of its footprint and probe holders.
The configurations shown are examples from the broader platform family. They are not all included in BYMLU006 or interchangeable without a compatibility check.

Plan for the space around the cart
Measure the route between work areas as well as the room where the cart will be used. Consider doorway clearance, turning space, access to outlets and the position of cables when the workstation is parked. Keep the path to the patient and the operator’s normal working area clear.
For a dental clinic, share the intended workstation position and device arrangement. The clinical image illustrates space planning, not a customer installation.

Compare only the options that support your workflow
More accessories are useful only when they solve a specific problem. Decide whether you need a laptop platform, monitor mount, enclosed storage or an open shelf, then compare that configuration against your equipment list. This helps keep the quotation focused and the workstation manageable.
Ask for an itemised configuration showing included components and optional upgrades before approving the order.

Make the configuration discussion specific
Bring the scanner model, computer dimensions, intended users and daily workflow to the consultation. Photos of the device connections and the planned working area can clarify details that a model name alone does not show. The aim is a clear equipment-to-cart match before purchasing.
Use the quote form to include your device model, quantity and destination. This consultation scene is illustrative.

Define what to check before dispatch
Agree on the acceptance checks for the ordered assembly: fitted accessories, lifting operation, caster function, cable routing and the selected power connections. For a powered cart, request the documentation relevant to that configuration and your destination market.
A promotional image cannot verify a test result. Request the applicable reports and configuration records rather than assuming a certification applies to every assembly.

Start with one unit, then repeat a confirmed setup
The minimum order of one unit lets your team evaluate equipment fit and workflow before a larger rollout. Record the chosen holders, mounting interfaces, lifting mechanism and power option during the pilot. Reusing an agreed configuration makes later quotations easier to compare.
For repeat orders, reference the approved component list as well as BYMLU006. Assembly images are illustrative and do not state available inventory.

Quote delivery using the actual ordered configuration
The supplied reference package is 98 × 68 × 21 cm with a gross weight of 18 kg. Added storage, power modules or different assemblies can change packing requirements. Give the destination and quantity so the quotation can identify the packing, shipping and delivery terms.
Package dimensions describe the shipping carton, not the assembled cart. Confirm final packing dimensions and weight before arranging freight.
Lifting and power specifications
The following are configuration options, not a single standard assembly. Lifting capacity refers to the lifting system; confirm the complete cart load rating and equipment mounting limits separately.

Before choosing your scanner cart
Will BYMLU006 fit my intraoral scanner?
Send the full scanner model, computer dimensions, combined equipment weight and holder requirements. Compatibility depends on the selected interfaces and complete load.
Can the cart support portable ultrasound equipment?
An ultrasound configuration can be reviewed against the device footprint, load and probe-holder requirements. Dental and ultrasound equipment do not necessarily use the same mounting arrangement.
Are the UPS, laptop and instruments included?
Photos illustrate possible configurations. The quotation lists supplied components; laptops, scanners, instruments, UPS systems and storage accessories are included only when expressly specified.
What does the EXW price include?
The listed price covers the quoted product configuration at the factory. Freight, taxes, duties and other destination charges are excluded; request a separate shipping quotation if needed.
What should I send for a quotation?
Provide your equipment model, lifting preference, quantity and delivery destination. We will confirm the configuration, warranty, shipping and delivery terms.
